Coffee beans need to degas, so for the best flavour, we suggest you wait and open your bag 10 - 14 days after the roasting date. Use within 30 days of opening.

Ideal recipe: 1:2 (for every 1 gram of ground coffee in, equals 2 grams of espresso out)
